Home visits are made from 10:00 to 23:00, however, the reception of requests and customer service are available 24 hours a day.

If your request is through your travel insurance, generally you do not have to pay anything, unless expressly indicated by the insurance, you may be charged a franchise or the entire cost of the visit, depending on the conditions of your policy.
